Global hospitality-related service industries are increasing in importance around the world as a result of lifestyle changes centered on work-life balance. Therefore, this major seeks to instill the theory of customer service based on various practical skills and service orientation. Ultimately, the goal is, through field training, to foster the global hospitality professionals that are required by companies and demanded by the world.

It is necessary to cultivate talent that can systematically and professionally deliver culture and tradition about Korea.
