    • Dr. Hak-Seon Kim, started his academic job in Kyungsung University since 2011. He completed his Bachelor and Master degree program at Seoul National University and received his doctoral degree from Texas Tech University. Professor Kim's research areas focuses on hospitality service management, consumer behavior, and tourism big data analysis. Since 2013, he has consistently received several awards for excellence in education and research and has been listed in two of the world's international biography directories, known as Marquis Who’s Who in the World in USA and the International Biographical Centre(IBC) in the U.K. respectively. Moreover, Professor Kim's research team is carrying out a series of governmental research projects from 2016 to 2022. The research team has won numerous awards at various domestic and international academic conferences. Meanwhile, he is the founder of research center for Wellness & Tourism Big Data Analysis to conduct various researches in the fields of hospitality and tourism industry. He has attempted to build and expand the internationalization infrastructure for KSU as well. Moreover, he was in charge of establishing an English track for hospitality and tourism management program in 2017. Dr. Kim was the vice dean of external affairs in 2018-2020. From fall semester 2020, he is now the dean of international affairs to internationalize the Kyungsung University.
