Passport and Alien Registration Card |
One copy of passport, a copy of Alien Registration Card required for the card holders. |
Academic Certificate |
- Submit a high school diploma or higher academic certificate. (choose 1 of 2)
1) Apostille-certified academic certificate 2) Certificate notarized by the Korean Consulate or Embassy in the applicant's home country.
- Notarization must be performed on the original document in its native language.
- If the original document is in a language other than Korean or English, submit a notarized translation along with the original document.

Proof of Financial Ability |
- Proof of financial ability: Bank statement dated within 30 days of the document submission date.
- Only the statements under applicant's or parent’s name are accepted.
- Transaction histories are not accepted. Submit a document specifying the exact balance
- Original document with an official signature or stamp of the bank. (copies or emailed documents are not accepted.)
- Vietnam: Proof of financial deposit required (choose 1 of 2)
1) Bank statement showing a balance maintained for a minimum of 3 months. 2) Certificate of educational expense deposit (issued by a Korean bank in Vietnam).
- Uzbekistan: Bank statement issued by a KDB bank, showing a deposit of at least 10,000 USD maintained for a minimum of 3 months.
- If the document is not in Korean or English, submit a notarized translation with the original document.
- For applicants residing in Korea and applying D-4-1 visa: only the personal bank statements issued by Korean banks with a balance of at least 8,000,000 KRW will be accepted.

- Graduation Certificate and Tranx-script
- 1) Scanned copy of the original graduation certificate from the most recent school.
- 2) Scanned copy of the original complete academic tranx-script.
- 3) Authenticated graduation certificate: Download and attach the verification report.
- 4) Authenticated tranx-script: Download and attach the verification report.
- →Submit a scanned copy of the original graduation certificate and an authenticated academic tranx-script.
- 5) For prospective graduates (not applicable after the graduation):
- →Submit a scanned copy of the Provisional Academic Tranx-script.
- →The provisional tranx-script must be verified through www.chsi.com.cn or www.cdgdc.edu.cn, or notarized by an official certification agency and authenticated by the Korean Consulate.
- Parental Employment and Income Certificate
→Must be notarized and authenticated by the Korean Consulate before submission.
- Parental and Student Residence Identification
→Upload a copy, notarized and authenticated by the Korean Consulate.
- Bank Balance Certificate (Minimum of 10,000 USD or 70,000 RMB)
→Must be issued within 30 days prior to document submission
→Deposit Validity: The balance must be maintained at least six months from the date of application submission.
→Include the name of the bank branch, contact person, and phone number.
→Select one bank from the following: Bank of China, Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank, Agricultural Bank, Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank, Huaxia Bank. →If submitting a bank statement under the parent's name, a Family Relationship Certificate must also be provided.
